Suggest a plot of land
Do you know a suitable plot for a 24GarageBox facility? Suggest a location and we will evaluate it for future development.
What we are looking for
Plot size approximately 1,000 to 10,000 sqm. At least 50 percent buildable area. Possible building height approximately 3 to 15 meters. Zoned land for commercial use. Power connection required. Water and sewage connection available or can be arranged. Internet fiber available or can be arranged.
Locations that work best
Near a city or larger town. Preferably adjacent to an industrial area or commercial location. Good visibility from a busy road. Easy access from major roads with a good entrance for cars and trailers.
How the process works
You submit a tip with location and basic data. We make a quick initial assessment. If interested, we contact you for more details and dialogue. We then take the next step with the owner, municipality or broker.
Does the land need to be zoned already?
Preferably yes, but we can also look at land where zoning work is in progress or possible. The clearer the zoning status, the faster we can make an assessment.
Do you accept leases, or do you only buy land?
We are open to both purchase and lease. The most important thing is that the location and terms work long-term.
How quickly do you respond?
We aim to respond within 1-2 weeks after receiving complete documentation.
Can I suggest land even if I do not own it?
Absolutely. We welcome tips from neighbours, brokers, developers or others who know of suitable plots.
Do you contact the municipality if needed?
Yes, if we assess that a plot is interesting, we can contact the municipality to investigate the detailed plan, building permits and other relevant information.
Which locations tend to work best?
Locations near cities or towns, preferably adjacent to industrial areas or commercial areas, with good visibility and easy access from major roads.
