We are in the establishment phase. Locations for facilities are being evaluated continuously. We are actively looking for land to establish our premium garage facilities in Sweden, and new locations are added as projects move through zoning and construction.
How a 24GarageBox facility works
Facilities are built with drive up access so you can drive right up to your door, camera surveillance across the whole site, burglar alarms and fire alarms, and digital app access around the clock. Every unit has power and lighting, and electricity consumption is metered individually and tracked in the app.
Suggest land for new facilities
Do you have a tip on a suitable location? We welcome tips on zoned commercial land. We look for plots of approximately 1,000 to 10,000 sqm with at least 50 percent buildable area, a possible building height of about 3 to 15 meters, and power, water and fiber available or possible to arrange.

Who uses a garage box
Our customers are SMEs, tradespeople, e-commerce companies and active individuals who need space for vehicles, equipment and projects. Units are used as storage for tools, goods and materials, as a depot or mobile workshop, and for seasonal storage of cars, motorhomes, motorcycles, snowmobiles and boats on trailers. Units come in sizes from 10 to 50 sqm.
